- Brief, helpful plain text email to increase the chances of landing in the reader’s inbox.
- Reminds shoppers to finish what they started by including a direct link back to their cart.
- Implies that Erica sat down at her computer to write a personal note. This is reinforced by the “PS” that dynamically pulls the product type from the cart.
