My name is Jeremy Rieunier (don’t try to pronounce it). I’ve turned my passion for ecommerce, entrepreneurship & analytics into Dealwithgrowth, a solo ecommerce consultancy that is focusing its work on only 1 thing: generating sustainable & honest growth for Shopify merchants.
I have been helping online entrepreneurs to succeed for more than 6 years. First as an employee of an IT company in Cambodia, then a marketing agency in Luxembourg and a direct-to-consumer menswear brand in London, UK. And now as an independent consultant.
During the process, I have gained experience, insight, and knowledge on the major ecommerce software. From Woocommerce to Magento, Prestashop and Shopify—I have seen what works and what doesn’t work on those platforms. Eventually, I came to realize that Shopify is the most scalable and accessible solution to sell things online.
And I’m not the only one to think that way:
From hosting to transaction and stores’ security, Shopify handles all the time-consuming stuff. It allows more than 450,000 merchants to focus on what’s important for their businesses.
Namely their products and their customers.
That’s why I have decided to only work on this platform. I take great pride in helping gritty entrepreneurs to thrive in their journey. And more importantly, to live from their passions.
This focus on Shopify allows me to know the platform inside out and pushes it to its limits, to make sure you’re not leaving money on the table. So you can get closer to your goals, faster.

How I work
I believe that great work is all about making compromises. There are however 3 points that are non-negotiable. I’m stating them in the spirit of transparency and as a show of respect for your time.
I’m working 100% remotely, with clients in different time zone. That’s why I’m not taking unscheduled calls. When you start working with me, you will get my Calendly link where you will be able to schedule an event to my personal calendar.
During projects, I mainly stay in touch and report progress via email or through a project management tool. I tend to use Trello with my clients but I remain flexible.
Most of my experiences and learning come from actually doing real work with Shopify merchants. But that combined with fundamental principles of ecommerce, online marketing & psychology gained from years of experience and reading.
Hence, I only work on fixed pricing or value-based pricing. Not for time, nor for performance. That way, you know exactly what you’re going to pay and what I’m going to deliver–while making sure that our interests are both aligned.
Unless otherwise stated, all projects should be paid upfront.
That’s why I’m working only on fixed scope–fixed price projects with my clients. Since switching to this pricing model, projects have been healthier, turnaround has been faster and the quality of my work has improved. Everyone wins and the relationships with my clients have never been that great.
Where I am located
I’m currently based in Madrid, where I’m working 100% remotely—while enjoying the weather, sangria and tapas.
My clients are mainly located in english-speaking countries. Namely in the UK, US and Australia. Having said that, I’m more than happy to work with European entrepreneurs when the opportunity arises. And work something out if you pay in €. Just ask.
