As an independent online entrepreneur, you want to be there for the long run. You want to build a brand that will be around 20 years from now.
But growing a profitable and sustainable ecommerce business is hard. This is not a get rich quick theme.
It takes work. It takes time.
Time you don’t want to be spent constantly optimizing your marketing and trying to figuring out things on your own.
You’re already crazy busy building your brand and you’ve been in business long enough to know that doing everything yourself is not only stressful and unsustainable, but it also limits your ability to grow your store.
Here’s the good news, though: you don’t have to navigate the complex landscape of ecommerce on your own.
That’s what Dealwithgrowth is all about. We partner with great Shopify stores owners and equip them with strategies and processes to improve their conversions, sales, and profits, so that they can get the success they deserve.
In a nutshell, we’re here to help you grow the Shopify store you’re dreaming about.
Who’s behind Dealwithgrowth?
My name is Jeremy Rieunier—don’t try to pronounce it..
I’ve turned my passion for ecommerce and entrepreneurship into Dealwithgrowth; an ecommerce consultancy that is focusing its work on only 1 thing: generating sustainable & honest growth for Shopify store owners.
Unlike other Shopify experts out there, I know what it’s like to be a Shopify merchant.
See, I used to work for a direct-to-consumer brand in the UK, where I helped them grow their business 5 times over, in 10 months.
Since then, I moved into ecommerce consulting because I wanted to help merchants like you avoid the frustration I went through, and achieve your business dream.
Laser-focused on Shopify
I have been helping online entrepreneurs to succeed for more than 6 years. First as an employee of an IT company in Cambodia, then a marketing agency in Luxembourg and a direct-to-consumer menswear brand in London, UK. And now as an independent consultant.
During the process, I have gained experience, insight, and knowledge on the major ecommerce software. From Woocommerce to Magento, Prestashop, and Shopify—I have seen what works and what doesn’t work on those platforms.
Eventually, I came to realize that Shopify is the most scalable and accessible solution to sell things online.
And I’m not the only one to think that way:
From hosting to transaction and stores’ security, Shopify handles all the time-consuming stuff. It allows more than 600,000 merchants to focus on what’s important for their businesses.
Namely their products and their customers.
That’s why I have decided to only work on this platform. I take great pride in helping entrepreneurs to thrive in their journey.
This focus on Shopify allows me to know the platform inside out and pushes it to its limits, to make sure you’re not leaving money on the table. So you can get closer to your goals, faster.
Think of it as your unfair advantage to grow your online business.
Working with Jeremy
I believe that great work is all about making compromises. There are however 3 points that are non-negotiable. I’m stating them in the spirit of transparency and as a show of respect for your time (and mine).
I’m working 100% remotely, with clients in different time zone. When you start working with me, you will get my Calendly link where you will be able to schedule an event to my personal calendar.
Before jumping on a call, there are 2 things that you should keep in mind:
- I’ve got a strong french accent ♪ foux da fa fa ♪
- I’ve been stuttering for 9 years
My clients don’t mind, but if you do, just let me know.
During projects, I mainly stay in touch and report progress via email or through a project management tool. If you want to use Slack, that’s fine, too.
Most of my experiences and learning come from actually doing real work with Shopify merchants. But that combined with fundamental principles of ecommerce, online marketing & psychology gained from years of experience and reading.
For those reasons—among many others—I only work on fixed pricing or value-based pricing.
Not for time, nor for performance. That way, you exactly know what you’re going to pay and what I’m going to deliver, while making sure that our interests are both aligned.
Unless otherwise stated, all projects should be paid upfront.
Since switching to this pricing model, projects have been healthier, the turnaround has been faster and the quality of our work has improved. Everyone wins and the relationships with my clients have never been that great.
